Beyond expectations

The view from our room unto the plaza was superb. Lots of windows.

Awkward location of the elevators. Would have loved a couch or at least 2 chairs in our room.

We had a lovely break to see the xmas lights and loved it

Great location, excellent helpful staff lovely room overlooking main square , bar and restaurant and attractions within a short distance.

Unfortunately outside noise due to windows only single glazed, but didn't spoil our stay

It was okay

Location is great, room and bathroom were big enough. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good.

It was kinda noisy, you could hear every door in the building open and close. Walls were dirty, but it was clean overall.

Great place for a good price in very good location.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was great - nice and very helpful. The location was really awesome, next to the main old city canter.

Although it was effective and running, I think that the air conditioning station should be serviced. It was really dusty and you could smell it. I was using only the heat option.

Amazing location in the city centre, great value for money.

One small thing - it would be great if the rooms had lamps or other low lighting. Only one set of lights means it either very bright or very dark!

Perfect location for the price and very helpful staff, with some improvements required

Location of the hotel is right at the center of the old town. It was very easy to visit places within less than 15 minutes of walk. Breakfast was nice and I love the view from my room and the breakfast room. Staff was friendly and helpful; they accommodated us to have an early check-in after the room was ready.

- Only two bottles of water for the 7 nights of my stay. They said the policy was only to give the water for the first night! - AC remote was a joke - absolutely no control on the AC and heater. I asked the front desk and learned that it was actually controlled by them. - Windows are not sound-proof. It was annoying when people decided to talk so loudly right under my room after their night out at 1AM for an hour. The front desk told me that it was normal! - Water was running in the toilet all the time

Wonderful

I really loved that the staff really went an extra mile and gave me info about the city etc. Hotel is located at a very good place so it is a walking distance to the sights. Room was spacious and clean and with a great view. Breakfast was good. A good value of money.

I wish there was a tea kettle in the room, everything else was perfect.

The hotel serves its purpose. Clean, comfortable and central

I loved the location as it is central to everything. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. Shower was really good too. Breakfast was nice. Air conditioner worked well too so kept the room nice and cool. The room was so clean.

There were groups of younger people staying there and they were very loud which disturbed me early hours. I was disappointed that my view was a wall. And it was very very small.

Kind staff, nice location.

The location, the staff and the cleanness of the room.

It was nosy. Room 303's bed is nex to the bathroom of the adjacent room. The wc flush is soo noisy it can wake one up.

Great location, room OK, breakfast alright.

Location was very central. Right near town Hall Square, the Norte station visible down the street and in the other direction there is the Cathedral nearby. Central Market and Old Silk exchange also nearby. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was quite modern, bed comfy, bathroom alright. Breakfast room on second floor had a good view of the town hall square and breakfast was alright.

Reception was small and a bit cramped, that meant that when it was busy, people had to wait outside in the street. Room was on first floor, couldn't sleep too well because of noise outside of tourists in street.

Very convenient location, the room was very clean and the view over the square was great

The upper window did not close very tightly and let in street noise. The insulation isn’t perfect - I could hear the alarm in the next room going off and all the noises from the hall
